It's droping because San Andreas is a really old unoptimized game. I have a 750ti and I run MMGE at around 25-30 fps cap to fix bugs. Espacially when i am driving, frame rate drops dramaticly. But, on an RP server i go on i get 15fps and in singleplayer i get 15-20fps. On SAMP on one server, i got 20-30 fps, which is ok. I am currently running on ENB Z by Marty McFly, and it sort of works, but when it does, i get serious low FPS.
